Dr. Mohammed El Baradei, the founder of the Constitution Party, Commenting on the complementary constitutional declaration that was issued yesterday by the Supreme Council of Armed Forces, in which a lot of powers have been given for it, said: SCAF by this is going to gain legislative and prevent the president from being the commander in chief of the Armed Forces.
El Baradei added that such complementary constitutional declaration is a setback for the revolution.
