Ex-MP Amr Hamzawy commented on complementary constitutional declaration saying: This means SCAF has become a state above the state with wide legislative and executive powers and impossible to be judged.
However Armed Forces in this complementary constitutional declaration can't be judged, it will judge everything. The president will have no authority just like a weak prime minister. It also gives the SCAF unlimited transitional period, he added.
