Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, threatened Saudi Arabia with "tough and harsh" retaliation after the kingdom announced that the bodies of Hajj stampede victims are not being repatriated swiftly.
This came during graduation party of a new batch of students in military academy on Wednesday.
Khamenei added that Saudi Arabia has failed to fulfill its duties concerning the desperate wounded pilgrims.
