Dr. Abdul Jalil Mustafa, General Coordinator of the National Assembly to Change, Dr. Jaber Gad Nassar, a professor of constitutional law at Cairo University and a member of the National Assembly to change, as well as the writer Samir Morcos have withdrawn from the constituent assembly to express their opposition to the current set up.
They refused the violation of the verdict of the Administrative Court for avoid selecting members of the Constituent Assembly from the parliament members.
They said that the current set up is but sectarian and divide Egyptians into civilians and Islamists ignoring the other sects of the community like women and Copts.
