Police officer Karim Magdy, was remanded in custody for extra 45 days on charges of torturing the Coptic man Magdy McCain to death.
Son of the victim said that his family only seeks justice after the old man was brutally killed in Police station.
Three other policemen were remanded in custody on the same charges.
