Trump Foreign Policy Adviser Walid Phares said that the Republican candidate will endeavor to counter terrorism if he was elected.
In a phone call aired on ON TV Monday, Phares asserted Trump’s commitments to combat militants groups operating in Egypt, Syria and Libya and will spare no effort to achieve peaceful solution in S.Sudan.
The remarks came few hours ahead of the anticipated presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump that took place Monday night at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y.
