Dr Michel Fahmy, Egyptian writer, said that Russian special forces managed to arrest Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, before the Russian President Vladimir Putin threatened to expose American relationship with the terrorist organization. This resulted in a significant change in US policy in several files.
Fahmy called the Egyptians to support the president and overcome the conspiracies that target Egypt and the president.
