Father Ezekiel Khalil, priest of Khattara village, said that the church of St. Paul and St. Anthony in the village was closed down in 1960 by the fanatics.He explained that the church belonged to the Coptic Catholics and was closed down by the fanatics of the village who refused the existence of the church to serve 102 Coptic families who live in the village.
