Said Abdul Masieh, Coptic activist, said that positive discrimination for Copts or the Coptic quota should help preventing many sectarian incidents as they may happen because of some Copts running for parliamentary elections which is used by their fanatic opponents to ignite the situation in order to win.
He added that he wished he has never needed to call for quota for the Copts after the revolution of January 25, but the state institutions doesn’t help preventing many sectarian incidents.
