Egypt to present its vision on UNSC, climate change in France-Africa summit
NICE, France - Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul-Gheit said on Saturday that Egypt will focus on two main issues during the France-Africa summit, namely UN Security Council reformation and climate change.

"Neither France nor any other party should try to change the declared African stand regarding the security council," said Abul-Gheit in press statements upon arrival in the French city of Nice, the venue of the summit.

Egypt will also present its vision on the issue of climate change and its effects on the environment.

Discussions on Piracy will also feature high in the summit, said Abul-Gheit. A French-African ministerial meeting is to open Sunday to review the final communiqué of the 25th France-Africa summit, to kick off on Monday.
