Families of the released Muslims in Kom Loufy village in Minya decided to celebrate the release of their sons by attacking the Copts in the village and shooting bullets in the air.
The Coptic families said they are going to demonstrate before the Attorney General Office against the release of 19 Muslim defendants on 1000 LE bail.
The village had witnessed sectarian attacks against the Copts after rumors about turning a house into a church. Four houses were set on fire and several public and private properties were demolished.
