Majdi Ajati, Minister of State for Legal Affairs and the House of Representatives, said he met with Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark See, to talk about the laws relating to the Copts.
Several laws were discussed in the meeting including the unified law of building houses of worship that should be issued as soon as possible.
