Twenty-three body bags containing the remains of victims from EgyptAir flight MS804 have arrived at Zenhom mortuary.

The French navy said Monday that one of its ships is aiding in the search for traces of EgyptAir Flight 804, which crashed in the Mediterranean on Thursday.

National Air Navigation Services Company administrative board chairman Mohi El-Din Azmi denied late Sunday media reports that the pilot of the crashed EgyptAir MS804 contacted Egypt's control centre, in a statement published by Al-Ahram newspaper.
