New patriarch for the Coptic Catholic church is enthroned

Bishop Ibrahim Isaac Sidrak was enthroned as Coptic Catholic Patriarch of Alexandria today at St. Mary Cathedral, Nasr City.

 

Enthronement mass was headed by Abba Youannes Zakaria, Bishop of Luxor, and was attended by Amr Moussa, head of the Congress party, Samir Morcos, former presidential assistant, and Dr. Yahya al-Gamal, former deputy prime minister.
