New World Foundation for Development and Human Rights has sent a request to the papal elections committee in order to be permitted monitor the upcoming papal elections on October 29.
The request was sent to Abba Paula, bishop of Tanta and spokesperson of the elections committee, as well as Judge Edwar Ghalib, member of the committee, to get a permission to monitor the elections during both the elections and counting processes.
