Security forces dispersed a protest and a human chain in Abu Homs and Kafr al-Dawwar, Beheira, staged by Muslim Brotherhood supporters on Monday, the fifth anniversary of the January 25 revolution.
Dozens of Muslim Brotherhood supporters in Abu Homs formed a human chain on the Cairo-Alexandria highway, during which they raised Rabaa al-Adaweya signs, the Egyptian flag and images for toppled President Mohamed Morsi.
In Kafr al-Dawwar, dozens staged a march near the railway line. They waved to train passengers and raised Rabaa signs and the Egyptian flag.
