The two daughters of detained deputy supreme guide of the Muslim Brotherhood Khairat el-Shater were barred Monday evening from traveling abroad by the Borg El Arab Airport authorities, MENA reported.
Fatmah and Mariam al-Zahraa were heading to Bahrain, and $18,000, €220 and £200 were confiscated from them, MENA said, adding that an official told them the two had been placed on watch lists.
Ashraf Omarn, the Brotherhood defense team lawyer, told Youm7 Monday he would take all legal measures to reverse the decision and would appeal it.

The former interim government headed by Hazem el-Beblawy designated the Brotherhood a terrorist group Dec. 25, 2013, one day following a bomb that targeted Dakahlia security directorate in which dozens were killed and more than 100 injured. The ruling authorized the state to seize all assets of the Brotherhood.
