CAIRO: Minister of Foreign Affairs Nabil Fahmy will meet with Ahmed al-Jarba, the head of the National Coalition for Syrian Opposition Forces, on Tuesday.
The duo will discuss the latest developments in the Syrian crisis in addition to the efforts aimed at stopping bloodshed in Syria and the last preparations for the Geneva 2 conference.
Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon announced Tuesday that Geneva 2 will be held on Jan. 22, 2014, in the presence of representatives from the Syrian government and the opposition.
