Sherif S. Awad, 34, was killed in Alexandria after a fight between two thugs was turned into a sectarian strife, in which the Church of St. Mary in Dekhilah was attacked and its main door was burned down. Dozens of Copts who came to protect their Church were attacked and injured.
However the media announced Sherif died of cardiac arrest, the forensic report mentioned the reason of death “is still under investigation”!
