Najjar denounces anti-Christmas fatwa

Dr. Mustafa Najjar, former MP, has denounced fatwa of Islamic Legitimate Body of Rights and Reformation (ILBRR) that forbids Muslims from wishing Merry Christmas or congratulating the Christians on Christmas, adding it's but an unfortunate fatwa and against the moderate Islam adopted by Al-Azhar.

 

Additionally, he called to legalize the formation of such bodies that represent Islam, as many of them are very harmful to the society and its national unity.
