Spat with Algeria escalates

Haifa Wehbe, who is married to an Egyptian business tycoon, said that she would not tolerate Algerian attacks on the Egyptians.Wehbe also slammed the Algerian fans as "mercenaries" and said the Egyptian team was qualified to win the match. In another development, the Local Council of el-Wadi el-Gadid Governorate has decided to change the name of a village called Algeria to Mubarak for the Egyptians.
