I am a big fan of Real Madrid football team and this love story began 45 years ago. However, I watched the latest game between Real and Liverpool to watch Mohammed Salah, the Egyptian football star who was unfortunately hit under the auspices of the referee which was horrible.
In fact, Salah represents hope for Egyptians, who didn t care last Thursday for their economic problems nor the hot weather. Hey cared much about their hop represented in Salah.
They know that the 25 year-old poor boy who came from the little village is the best football player in the English league 2018.
Salah started his senior career with hometown club El Mokawloon in the Egyptian Premier League in 2010, departing shortly thereafter to join Basel for an undisclosed fee. In Switzerland, he starred as he won the league title in his debut season, winning the SAFP Golden Player Award in the process. Salah s performances then attracted Premier League side Chelsea, and subsequently signed for the team for a £11 million fee in 2014.
Everybody in Egypt takes pride in Mohamed Salah even those who have religious reasons. Thus, we finally agree on him becoming hope and dream fulfiller for millions of people and we pray for him to get speedy recovery and continue doing his amazing job.
