Bishop Raphael, secretary of the Holy Synod, criticized the intention of the parliament to discuss the proposal of Western Names law and to fine and even send to prison those who chose Foreign Names for their children.
He added: are we out of troubles that we decided to keep our selves busy thinking about the names of the newborn?
