Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark See, sent Abba Julius, General Bishop, to visit the displaced Coptic families from Sinai and find out what they need in their new city.
About 110 families were received by the church after they have fled Sinai as several Copts were targeted by fanatics.
The papal delegate has also met with governor of Ismailia to discuss problems of the new guests in the governorate.
