The Coptic Orthodox Church hosted on Wednesday the week of prayers of Egyptian churches. Pope delivered his weekly sermon at the church of St. Mary and St. Bishoy at the Great Cathedral of St. Mark about the new creation.
He added that the heart is renewed by fasting and repentance, especially during the Great Lent.
Pope added that the he prays for the unity of churches.
