Abba Pfnotios, Metropolitan of Samalout, ordained 70 new deacons according the Orthodox rituals.

According to a statement of the Media Centre of the Coptic Orthodox Church, the new deacons were ordained at the rank of Ebsaltus and Oghnostos.
