A massive fire erupted at a paints factory in an industrial zone in 6 of October district in Giza; at least 20 fire engines were dispatched to put out the blaze.
Youm7 reported that the fire was extinguished and that the engines are carrying out the cooling phase after they prevent fire extension to nearby factories. The first floor of the three-storey factory reportedly collapsed due to the fire.
No casualties have been reported thus far as a result of the blaze.
