HarassMap launches campaign to end workplace sexual harassment
 
The volunteer-based initiative HarassMap has launched a campaign called “Ask Before you work to guarantee your right in a safe job,” aiming to end workplace sexual harassment. The initiative said that the campaign raises women’s awareness to ask if the companies they are applying to work for have a policy devoted to sexual harassment, which should not tolerate such crime, investigate harassment complaints and conduct training sessions for employees, supervisors and managers about the right of employees to a workplace free of sexual harassment.
 
Mentally-challenged woman got pregnant after rape: NCDA
 
The National Council for Disability Affairs (NCDA) stated that it is following up closely on the case of a mentally-challenged woman who got pregnant after she was raped by a worker in Hawamdeyya city in Giza; the rapist was detained.
 
Japan cooperates with Egypt in developing education system at 14K nurseries
 
Egypt will apply Japanese education system on 200 schools as part of Egypt-Japan cooperation to develop early childhood care and provide training for Egyptian experts. The decision was announced by the Minister of Social Solidarity Ghada Waly during her meeting with the Ambassador of Japan in Cairo Takahiro Kagawa.
 
Kagawa stated that the embassy is ready to cooperate with the Ministry to develop education system of 14,000 nurseries.
 
186K Egyptians returned from Libya since Feb. 2015
 
The number of Egyptian returnees who fled Libya since February 2015 has reached 186, 206, Youm7 quoted security sources at Sallum Crossing Border.
 
A video emerged last year showing the brutal killing of 20 Egyptian Copts who were announced kidnapped in Libya by members of the Islamic State (IS) group. Egyptian army launched retaliatory airstrikes, claiming to have killed dozens of the IS militants and destroying weapons stores.
 
Meanwhile, the border authorities have finalized travel and arrival papers for 824 Egyptians and Libyans in both directions over the past 24 hours.

British Travel Agency Thomas Cook extended its ban on direct flights to Sharm el-Sheikh city ntil February 2017.
 
Britain has advised its nationals not to travel to Egypt’s famous Red Sea resort following the Russian plane crash in October 2015 shortly after it departed Sharm el-Sheikh Airport, causing the death of 224 passengers and crew.
 
Facebook page claims leaking high school exams
 
A Facebook page called “We Gathered to Cheat,” notorious for leaking high school exams, has posted pictures claiming they are for question papers of algebra, geometry, geology and history exams that are scheduled on July 2 and July 4, according to Youm7.
 
The Education Ministry has cancelled at least two high school exams after they were leaked on social media, and accordingly postponed them to be held next month.
