Nabil Anwar, lawyer of the church in Nazlet Hanna village, said that members of the Parliament in the village didn’t communicate with the church to find out about the crisis including the Coptic MP.
He added that the church was built in 1963 and has the due permits, but was demolished and reconstruction permits were not given to rebuild the church.
On the other hand, the Copts have been praying in the open for 6 months, and suffering from rain and cold.
It’s worth mentioning that the church in Nazlet Hanna village serves about 2000 Coptic Christians.
