Coptic lawyer: Egyptian law does not criminalize adultery in homes of Christians

Peter Ramsis, Coptic lawyer, said that Egyptian law doesn’t criminalize adultery in homes of Christians and only criminalize it in homes of Muslims!Peter Ramsis, Coptic lawyer, said that Egyptian law doesn’t criminalize adultery in homes of Christians and only criminalize it in homes of Muslims!

He explained that the law defines adultery as to find a stranger in the Muslim man's house in place dedicated for women.
 
He added that an adulterous woman was acquitted according to that law; however she was witnessed committing adultery.
