Hilmi Namnam, Egypt's Minister of Culture, said takfiris and terrorists around the world are great threat to the Islamic culture.
He added during his speech at the Ninth Islamic Conference of Culture Ministers "ISESCO" that those extremists are great danger even against Islam.
Therefore, the governments should take the necessary steps to face their danger and renew the religious discourse before it's too late. He explained that the Egyptian government and al-Azhar is trying to give great concern to the Islamic culture.
