Maj. Gen. Magdi Abdul Ghaffar, Minister of the Interiors, promised to protect the Copts during the voting process, and that security forces won’t allow preventing them from reaching the polling places.
He added that police is taking extra security measures to secure the voting process and protect the voters.
He explained that special forces will be there to protect the voters in all governorates.
