Beni Suef Misdemeanor Court remanded the custody of the Coptic student accused of insulting Islam through his Facebook page for extra 15 days to complete 100 days in prison.
Maher Fayez was imprisoned on May 14 after a number of Muslims in Mianah village reported the police against him.
It is worth mentioning that his family was expelled from the village for 20 days and returned later without the father.
