Father Paul Fahmi, pastor of the Catholic Church in Beni Suef, denounced the new decision of the government that houses of worship should pay for electricity bills after they used to receive free electricity.
He added that most churches don’t receive financial aid unlike mosques, and they don’t have fixed resources neither.
