Egyptian Council of Churches celebrates is second anniversary for its founding. The celebration was attended by several churches including, "Orthodox, Catholic, Episcopal, Greek Orthodox and evangelical" churches and it was in the Great Hall in St. Mark Cathedral in Abbasiya . It worth mentioning that the celebration was headed by Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark See, Abba Ibrahim Isaac, the patriarch of the Catholic Church, Dr. Mounir Hanna Bishop of the Episcopal Church, Dr. Andrea Zaki, head of the Evangelical Church, St. Nicholas Antonius Bishop of Tanta and media spokesman for the Greek Orthodox Church in Egypt.
