Dr. Shawki Allam, Egyptian Mufti, received today the Italian ambassador to Cairo and told him that the atonement and bombings are the language of terrorism, which Islam is innocent from.He explained that such terrorist groups aim to murdering, bloodshed, and spreading chaos. Moreover, he invited Italy to support Egypt in her war against terrorism.
Allam also called to spread awareness against their fanaticism.
For his part, the Italian Ambassador praised the successful visit of the Grand Mufti to both France and the Netherlands, hoping to receive his eminence in Italy soon.
