Samuel Tharwat, lawyers of Michael Mounir, said the attorney general decided to transfer the case to the Criminal Court.It is worth mentioning that police have arrested Michael Mounir, 26 years old, for sharing a link for a video of a talk show that was considered to insult Islamic religion.
Fanatics have attacked his house and his family before police arrested him.
