Pope Tawadros II , Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark See, is going to perfume the remains of St. Mark today at his shrine at St. Mark Cathedral in Abbasiya.
According to the Coptic tradition, St. Mark is the first apostle to preach Christianity in Egypt and he is the founder of the Coptic Orthodox Church.
