The Egyptian communities in Europe launched a number of conferences in the European countries to explain the constitutional amendments to Egyptians residing abroad.
The conferences aimed at educating Egyptians about the importance of positive and effective participation in the referendum procedures on the constitutional amendments. Emad Nassar, one of the participants, said that more than 5 conferences were organized in Paris alone.
