Sister Maria Ramsis, an Egyptian nun in Palestine, said there was an attempt to attack the Coptic monastery in Jerusalem and seize part of it.
Maria added that one of the neighbors wanted to seize part of the monastery claiming he owns it and assaulted the nun and the driver of the monastery.
Abba Abraham, Coptic Bishop of Jerusalem said that all legal measures are taken to respond to such aggression.
The monastery has been founded 70 years ago by the Coptic Bishop Abba Yacoubos.
