The third round of the Arab Women Economic Empowerment Network “Khadija” kicked off on Thursday at the Cairo-based Arab League headquarters, Youm7 reported.
The network aims to support women in the Arab States in realizing their full economic potential, accelerate the participation of women in the regional workforce and improve economic performance.
It includes 20 experts from Arab countries representing public, private and social sector, while founding members represent the Council for Arab Business women, the Arab-African Businesswomen Union among other regional experts in economy and gender-responsive budgeting.
