Journalists will not be allowed to attend the sessions conducted by the sub-committees of the 50-member constituent assembly entrusted with amending Egypt’s constitution, the assembly's Head Amr Moussa said during Wednesday's session.
Moussa attributed the assembly's decision to providing the members with full opportunity to express themselves freely, adding that some minor disagreements could occur but be amplified through the press, even if they had already ended.
