Honest men amid mob

It's true that Egypt has many great sons who stand alone in the Egyptian history. We may agree or disagree with them, but for sure we do respect and appreciate them as they are great representatives for Egypt.

In the past, Egypt had many great sons like Akhenaten who was the first to believe in monotheism as well as Menes who united upper and Lower Egypt.
In the modern history, there are many great Egyptians like Naguib Mahfouz, who won the Nobel Prize for Literature, Sir Magdi Yacoub and the Nobel Prize winner for scinece, Dr. Ahmed Zewail.
We may remember such men by their words, like: Orabi who has said: “God has created us as free men, and not slaves or properties”. Also, Taha Husein who said, “Learning should be like water and air that everyone can have it”.
Another honorable man is Dr. Mohammed El Baradei who refused to participate in the political farce of the presidential elections in which Mohammed Mursy has won under foreign pressures on Egypt.
Such people make it clear that Egypt has great sons and will always have.
However, there was many people who changed their policies and faces after they had been supporters of the former regime, they represented themselves as inspiration for the revolution, and support the new regime of Muslim Brotherhood that killed many Egyptian young people and sat down with the head of intelligence to get some cabinet positions!
In this sad scene, another honest man appears in Egypt. It's the governor of Sharkia, Dr. Azazi Ali Azazi who resigned declaring: “I'm not the man of the current stage”.
He decided to disagree with MB and refused to change his principles or his face, while many politicians, Media and religious leaders do.
I salute this honorable and patriot man who put many MB supporters to shame.
