BREAKING: Mursi, Shafiq officially in Egypt's presidential elections runoffs

The Supreme Presidential Electoral Commission (SPEC) officially announced Monday that the Muslim Brotherhood's candidate Mohamed Mursi and ex-Mubarak prime minister Ahmed Shafiq will face off in the second round of Egypt's presidential elections second round slated for 16 and 17 June.

The SPEC also announced the final overall vote count of the top five candidates from all 27 governorates, as follows:
 
Mohamed Mursi ( 5,764,952 votes) 
Ahmed Shafiq (5,505,327 votes)  
Hamdeen Sabbahi (4,820,273 votes)
Abdel Monem Abul-Fotouh (4,065,239 votes)
Amr Moussa (2,588,850 votes)
This is out of a total of 23, 265, 516 valid ballots from a 46.42 per cent voter turnout. 406, 720 ballots were invalid.
