D. Michel Fahmy: MPs should stay away from the Constitution founding Committee

Dr. Michael Fahmy, the political writer, said that the Muslim Brotherhood had a big role in the travel of NGO foreign members in such way, and the cas has been over exaggerated by media, while their problem was only that they work without permission.

Michael added that the United States cannot leave such case without her direct intervention. American authorities  pressured severely on the Egyptian authorities to release all of foreign employees with the fewest losses.

Michel stressed that those who lead a movement of independent judiciary have raised a case against Abdel Moez Ibrahim, who they think has played the biggest role in the case, and that he was the main cause of Egyptian judiciary to lose face before the Egyptians.
Regarding the Shura Council, Dr. Michael said that it represents such a theatrical comedy show that it does not exist on the ground. Michel stressed that the People's Assembly and Shura Council should not be involved in the founding committee of the constitution.
