His Eminence Abba Stephanos, Bishop of Beba, Al-Fashn and Samasta, headed the funeral of the oldest priest in the diocese Father Dawood Ghattas, priest of St. George Church in Nazlet Hanna.
The bishop and priests praised the great service of the late priest and his toil for his congregation and ministry.
Father Dawood was born on August 30, 1952, ordained a priest on November 21, 1993 and served the congregation for 37 years.
