Samalout diocese celebrated the graduation of the first batch of the Institute of Church Care and Education.
The institute was opened by Bishop Pfnotious of the diocese two years ago and offers various specialties including: church care - family counseling - spiritual guidance - church life - Bible - psychological counseling - and human resources.
