45 members of the Holy Synod of the Coptic Orthodox Church participated in the funeral prayers of Metropolitan Bishoy of Kafr El-Sheikh and Damietta and the head of St. Demiana Monastery, which was held at the monastery of St. Demiana in Belqas.
Among the participants was Metropolitan Bakhomios, former acting Patriarch and 3 bishops delegated by Pope Tawadros II, who is currently in a pastoral care visit in the United States of America.
