6 new priests were ordained at Gerga Diocese for the ministry in Gerga and the nearby villages.
The new priests are fathers: Elijah Taalab, Dawood Mansour, Sharobim Samir, Yousab Labib, Ibrahim Naim, and Samouel Mahfouz.
After the ordination, they headed to the monastery of St. Mary in Akhmim to spend 40 days of spiritual retreat according to the Coptic rituals.
