Abba Bishoy, Bishop of Damietta and Kafr El-Sheikh, ordained a new priest for the church of St. Demana in Kafr El Sheikh.
Statement issued by the Information Office of the Coptic Orthodox Church said the deacon and researcher Osama Labib was ordained a priest on Saturday, and was called Father Samuel.
